On Friday October 28th, the Toasts in Tow Arkansas Mobile Bar traveled to Sherwood, Arkansas for the rehearsal dinner celebrating the marriage of Grace and Sam to happen the following day! Over 100 guests (friends and family of the couple) gathered at Sam’s family home (turned bohemian-wonderland) to eat, drink, and celebrate.
The Setup and Menu
For this event, the Toasts in Tow Mobile Bar was setup outside of the large tent where the event was held! Bright colors, beautiful glasses, and live music were on the agenda for the evening – all set to match the bohemian inspired aesthetic. The mobile bar was decorated with pink and orange hue balloons, live florals, and glasses to match the aesthetic! Toasts in Tow provided the custom menu board which featured a drawing of one of Grace & Sam’s engagement pictures (also showing off their cute pups!).
For the menu, host Lisa Fletcher, wanted to make sure that guests had numerous options! She decided to go with our Full Bar option! With this package, several popular spirits (Vodka, Tequila, Gin, Scotch, Whiskey, and Rum) were available, and we brought along all of the necessary mixers, juices, herbs, and additives. We served everything from cosmopolitans and palomas to gin & tonics! We also introduced our new signature margarita- The Spicy Pineapple (an original Toasts in Tow recipe). Even with all of the options available, the Spicy Pineapple Margarita and Jessie’s Palomas were the stars of the show! Guests were also able to get lemon water, tea, or punch from our self serve spigots! A neat addition to the bar menu was the Lone Elm Whiskey which is actually produced at a distillery owned by a relative of the bride and groom. While we had bottled whiskey in the bar, they also tapped two barrels of 120 proof small batch Lone Elm to celebrate with.
Everything about this dinner was beautiful. The decor, the floral, the food, the drinks- all of it was amazing! We are so thankful to Lisa Fletcher and both Grace and Sam for allowing us to come out and be a part of this amazing night! Cheers to the happy couple, we wish you all the best!
