Does the mobile bar require electricity?
The Toasts in Tow trailer has internal lighting and two receptacles incase a charging need arises. Therefore, we do need access to a standard 110/120 V receptacle (these are generally what are located in your home). We will supply the extension chords needed. If a receptacle is not available, we will explore other options such as using a generator.
Do you (the host) have to provide a way to keep the drinks cold?
Absolutely not! We provide ice for chilling and serving and our own ice chests! You don’t even have to have it chilled on the day of! We arrive in plenty of time to make sure that all of your drinks are ready to go.
What all is needed to have Toasts in Tow bar set up at our event?
Our mobile bar is 12 foot in length. However, we have to be able to park it with our towing vehicle. We need a flat space big enough for this and located near a power source.
Are non-alcoholic options available?
Absolutely. The Tavern Haul includes 3 non-alcoholic drink options (others can be added). It is also not required that alcohol be used at all. If you would like to use our mobile bar and/or services for a non-alcoholic event, that is completely fine! We want to work with you to make your event dreams come true in the easiest way possible.
Do you have a liquor license?
Sadly, Arkansas and most surrounding states do not have a liquor license that fits the mold of our business. However, like businesses similar to ours in other states, we can still serve your event and help to take the stress out of your planning. One of our services is the alcohol order recommendation. When building your personalized drink menu, we will take your preferred menu and number of guests in mind to build you a great alcohol order recommendation. Leading up to and on the day of your wedding, you don’t have to worry at all. We will take care of everything bar related.
Can the different packages be customized?
Every package we offer can be customized and changed to fit the needs of your event. We aim to take the stress out of your planning while still seeing that your dreams come true.
