On May 21st, Toasts in Tow Mobile Bar and staff traveled to the top of Mt. Nebo for the wedding of Tyler and Nicole. Mountain top wedding? Absolutely. The stunning views, beautiful couple, and amazing guests made for a great night on top of the Arkansas mountain.
Venue and Setup
Who doesn’t love a mountain top wedding? Mt. Nebo is located in Dardanelle rising above west-central Arkansas. At the top of the mountain, there are numerous hiking opportunities, camp grounds, and a pavilion perfect for a May wedding. On May 21st, Tyler and Nicole said “I do” in this pavilion surrounded by their family and friends. For the bar, we brought along our white leather Pop Up Bar. This bar is perfect for indoor occasions and fits in almost any event space.
Menu
Tyler and Nicole created a menu that all of their guests would enjoy. Rum was the star of this event – guests could choose between two different cocktails made with spiced or white rum. The Cuba Libre, made with fresh lime, canned Coca-Cola, and a dark, spiced rum, was a great twist on a classic rum and coke. However, our handcrafted Club Mojito (no pre-mix used around here) turned out to be the fan favorite. Made with fresh mint and lime juice, and paired with authentic Mexican food, this mojito was just hard to pass up! (If you haven’t heard of La casa de mi Abuelita – MawMaw’s House food truck, look them up right now.) Tyler and Nicole also gave guests the choice of beer (Corona) or wine (white and red).
Tyler and Nicole’s wedding was beautiful, and it allowed us the opportunity to meet an amazing DJ- DJ Mario Luna of CAE. He kept the crowd dancing literally ALL NIGHT LONG. We are so thankful that Tyler and Nicole allowed for Toasts in Tow to be a part of their special day and serve such a fun group of people! Congrats to the beautiful couple!
