On March 19th, 2022, we were thankful for the opportunity to serve at the wedding of Taylor and Parker Coffield. While serving some delicious drinks and building a fantastic margarita wall (yes, you heard that right!), we were able to work beside some of the best wedding vendors in Arkansas.
The Wall
This margarita wall was dreamed of and designed by the amazing Caroline Ply (event and wedding planner). Caroline brought her idea to us, and together, we worked to make it happen. Using pink lemonade margaritas and a little creativity, we were able to create an ombre margarita wall. With light pink drinks starting on the left going to dark pink drinks on the right, guests were able to pick up their first cocktail on their way into the reception.
The Venue and Setup
This was our first event a Legacy Acres in Conway, but it left a long lasting impression on us. With a chapel, ballroom, outdoor pavilion, and cottage sitting on 40 acres of land, this venue is absolutely stunning! With the help of Eventology, the indoor bar area was absolutely perfect for the wedding reception.
Vendor Friends
It takes a village to pull off any event or wedding. For this wedding, we were thrilled to work with several other amazing vendors. Eventology provided the bar area and shelving that was used for the reception. The beautiful florals that can be seen on the indoor bar and the margarita wall were done by Silks a Bloom. We were also excited to work again with Just Peachy who did balloon installations for the reception. A new friend of ours, Lemon and Puff, is a gourmet cotton candy cart! The served up delicious sweet treats for the wedding guests.
This wedding was definitely one for the books! We were able to try new things and meet new friends, all while celebrating a beautiful couple. Cheers, Parker and Taylor! Thank you so much for choosing Toasts in Tow to be a part of your big day!
