Last week, our staff and Arkansas mobile bar had the opportunity to spend not just 1 but 2 days celebrating Perry and Zach. On Thursday, we traveled to Stonebrook Meadows for the rehearsal dinner, and then on Friday we returned with our mobile bar for the wedding!
The Setup
For the rehearsal dinner, we used the indoor bar at Stonebrook Meadows. This beautiful wooden bar is equipped with a full sink, plenty of counter space, and a wine cooler. When we returned on Friday for the reception, we brought along our mobile bar. With one bartender inside of the venue and another in the mobile bar, guests could find a drink whether they were on the dance floor or hanging out outside on the patio!
The Menu
On Thursday, beer and wine were offered to guests. There was also a champagne toast celebrating Perry and Zach and their upcoming wedding. On Friday, guests could choose between Michelob Ultra, White Claw, Champagne, Rose, and Pinot Grigio for their beer and wine options. We also had non-alcoholic options in our self serve spigots (water, lemonade, and orange juice). The orange juice in the spigots was chosen so that guests could make their own mimosa (one of Perry’s favorites). While all of the drinks were popular, the signature cocktails (chosen by Perry and Zach and named after their pups) were an absolute hit- The Ace (vodka + soda) and The Bean (whiskey and coke). Guests could also choose to have their vodka or whiskey mixed with sprite, diet coke, or orange juice if they preferred.
Dream Team
We love meeting new vendors and getting to experience new venues, but we also love working with some of our old friends. For this wedding, we were able to work side by side with some great vendors that we are familiar with. Central Arkansas Entertainment DJ Chad and RBS Photobooths were both at the reception and both helped to make the night an absolute success!
