Molly & Garrett // 4.30.22

This past Saturday, we were able to travel to Alicia, Arkansas to provide bartending services at the wedding reception for Molly and Garrett. We were able to check out an awesome venue (and duck lodge), try out some new drinks, and meet amazing guests.

Venue

The Stan Jones Mallard Lodge is located in Alicia, Arkansas. The lodge is fully staffed, includes a kitchen, private bedrooms, a stunning ceremony area, and a beautiful patio reception space. This lodge is also home to many duck hunters during duck season as they offer lodging and guided hunts.

Bar Setup

The Stan Jones Mallard Lodge provided us with two beautiful, wood bars to serve behind. With two bartenders on hand, we used both bars to separate the crowd. Bar decor and signage was designed specifically to match the rustic theme envisioned by Molly.

Menu

Molly and Garrett knew that beer was a must for their guests. To fit their preferences, we offered Coors Light, Busch Light, and Michelob Ultra. However, the bride and groom still wanted to include their favorite flavors in two signature cocktails. Garrett chose a rum and Sprite. We also had Diet Coke and Coke available for those who preferred a different combination. Molly’s drink ended up being the star of the night. To stick with the rustic theme while also including one of Molly’s favorite flavor (blue raspberry), we created a Spiked Lemonade. This drink was made using lemon juice, our very own simple syrup, blue raspberry vodka, and a lemon wheel wrapped raspberry garnish.

We had a lot of fun creating the menu for this wedding! Congrats Molly and Garrett! Thank you so much for choosing Toasts in Tow for your bartending services.
