On April 23rd, Toasts in Tow staff had the wonderful opportunity of serving at the vow renewal of Kayla and Veneta. This Central Arkansas vow renewal was beautiful from start to finish.
The Venue
The vow renewal took place in the McCastlain Hall at the University of Central Arkansas. The ceremony was located in the ballroom area, and the food was stationed in the fireplace room. With the main hallway being between these two rooms, it was the perfect place for our bar setup.
The Bar Setup and Menu
Kayla and Veneta chose our white, leather Pop Up bar for their reception. This fit perfectly in the main hallway where guest would travel to go to the food area. We were also able to include our Champagne/Drink Wall. For this specific occasion, teal was the main color. #FricksTealForever! On the drink wall, we had mimosas, but to add a little fun, our staff used spirits to add a little flavor and produce a teal-colored mimosa. We were also able to include Kayla and Veneta’s crest on the top of the wall. We love being able to customize the wall so that it fits into every different event. Kayla and Veneta also had us create custom koozies using the crest. For this event, we were finally able to test our hand at frozen cocktails! The Kiss on the Lips cocktail that Kayla and Veneta chose was absolutely perfect and a guest favorite. Guests also had the choice of beer, seltzers, margaritas, and a selection of wine.
We loved getting the experience of a new cocktail to add to our list of favorites. The fun menu, amazing guest, and Kayla & Veneta made this evening absolutely perfect! Congrats on your vow renewal, Kayla and Veneta! Thank you for choosing Toasts in Tow to be a part of your special day!
