Jim & Lacey // 10.1.22

There is no better way to kick off October than a beautiful ceremony and reception at Legacy Acres in Conway, Arkansas. We were so excited that Jim & Lacey chose Toasts in Tow to be a part of their big day, and we had so much fun preparing with them.

The Menu & Setup

Toasts in Tow has served at Legacy Acres a few times this past year, and every time, we get to experience a new setup. We’ve used bars from Eventology, the Legacy Bar, and we’ve even had our mobile bar out. For Jim & Lacey’s reception, we used the beautiful wooden bar provided by Legacy Acres. Jim & Lacey both chose to have signature cocktails available on the menu. As an Old Fashioned lover, Jim made the obvious choice to have his favorite drink has his signature cocktail. Using Bulleit Bourbon and our very own hand crafted, orange zest simple syrup, Jessie (co-owner and bartender) whipped up what Jim would call the best Old Fashioned he’s ever had. For Lacey, she knew she wanted to offer her guests a lighter, refreshing drink. As Moscow Mule lovers, we were excited when Lacey chose it as her signature cocktail. Garnished with a dehydrated lime, these cocktails were the perfect alternative to Jim’s cocktail. Beer and wine were also options for guests. Jim & Lacey also chose to have our drink wall filled with their signature drinks. This was located outside next to their charcuterie cups! We also made custom koozies for Jim & Lacey to match their black and white aesthetic.

The Dream Team

Beautiful weddings take time and an amazing team to pull everything off. This wedding was led by planner/coordinator, Kaitie Gill (of Kaitie Gill Weddings). Kelly Kate Photography and Bear Up in A Tree Photography handled the photos and videography (respectively). Food was provided by Make A Meal of Conway. Magnolia Belle Floral provided the floral for the reception and ceremony, and the rentals (tables, chairs, etc) were provided by Events Rental and Floral. DJ Dun Beeno of Central Arkansas Entertainment kept the party going all night, and guests enjoyed delicious cake from Julie’s Sweet Shoppe and Bakery.

We can’t wait to see what the rest of this Fall brings with a packed calendar of weddings, parties, and showers. Cheers to Jim & Lacey for kicking off October the right way! We wish you all the best!
