On Sunday May 29th, Jessica and Tyler said “I do” at Legacy Acres in Conway. They chose the Toasts in Tow Mobile Bar to serve their guests. While this was not our first time at Legacy Acres, it was our first time to bring the mobile bar, and it looked amazing!
The Venue and Setup
Legacy Acres is a beautiful venue in Conway, Arkansas nestled on 40 acres of land. The beautiful white Chapel and Ballroom are perfect for any wedding. The white allows for any color palette to work perfectly. The size of the ballroom works great for all of the vendors one could need at their wedding. In the past, we have set up inside of the ballroom, but with the mobile bar, we set up along one of the side areas. With cocktail tables out for the guests, the outside patio space was perfect for the bar and for guests.
The Menu
Tyler and Jessica had a variety of beer and wine available to their guests. For wine options, a White Zinfandel and Pinot Grigio were on the menu. Guests had a vast list to choose from in regards to beer. White Claw, Bud Light, Dos Equis, Flyaway Blue Wing, and Shiner Bock were all on the menu. Tyler and Jessica’s beloved fur baby, Rhett Ryder, an appearance on both our printed menu and the coasters. Tacos 4 Life catered the beautiful wedding, and Jessica’s mom made the most wonderful champagne flavored cupcakes. This was the first event we were able to actually see some of the beautiful chairs provided by Crushed Velvet Rentals. We were also able to enjoy music by Conway Entertainment of Arkansas.
At the end of the night, Tyler and Jessica exited the venue while their friends cheered and supported them with sparklers in hand. It truly was a beautiful evening, and we are so thankful to be included. Congrats, Jessica and Tyler, and best wishes! We are so excited for you!
