On November 14th, Toasts in Tow had the opportunity to attend Holidays in the Heights in Little Rock. This event was put on by the Heights Business Association and Heights Neighborhood Association. There was a parade, food trucks, events at different stores, a bounce house, and Santa was in attendance.

Location and Decor
The Toasts in Tow mobile bar was located outside of Domestic Domestic on Kavanaugh Boulevard. We have to give a big shoutout to Heather Smith (Owner of Domestic Domestic) for being so accommodating and making sure we had everything we needed for a successful day. With Holidays in the Heights being a Christmas/Holiday themed event, we decided to go ahead and bring out the Christmas decor for the trailer. Switching out the “bar decor” on the inside for trees and poinsettias, the Toasts in Tow mobile bar transformed to a holiday drink stop on Kavanaugh Boulevard.

Menu
While the Heights will soon be an entertainment district, Holidays in the Heights was not an event where we served alcohol. Instead, we showed off our hot chocolate skills by serving up some “shaken, not stirred” hot chocolate. We also introduced one of our Christmas Signature Mocktails- The Christmas Refresher. This mocktail was made with spiced cranberry Sprite, orange juice, and garnished with lime and cranberry. It was a HIT! Overall, we were able to serve over 200 drinks to adults and children at Holidays in the Heights!
PRO TIP: To turn the Christmas Refresher into a cocktail, we suggest using half the amount of spiced cranberry sprite and topping the drink with champagne.
New Friends
One of favorite parts of festivals and events like Holidays in the Heights is getting to meet other vendors and store owners. Of course, we were thrilled to meet Heather from Domestic Domestic. She also introduced us to Beth of Paper Hearts Bookstore, a pop- up bookstore in Central Arkansas. We were also able to taste some delicious pecans from Porch Swing Farms, an amazing Taco Crepe from the Crepe Coop, and some delicious cookies from Krimsyn’s Treats and Cookies. We had a great time and can’t wait to go back next year!!
