On Friday April 1st, we had the pleasure of bartending at the wedding reception of Annie & Patrick. These two were so much fun to work with, and we loved being able to celebrate with them!
The Venue and Setup
The wedding and reception were at The Baker House in North Little Rock. This historic spot downtown offers rooms for staying the night, but also serves as a cute wedding spot. The wedding and reception were outdoors in a beautiful courtyard area. As the sun went down, the lights came on, and the party continued. For bartending, we brought along our unique, leather Pop UP Bar. This bar fit into the space perfectly and allowed guests easy access to drinks throughout the reception.
The Menu
THIS MENU GUYS! Annie and Patrick went above and beyond making sure that the tastes of all of their guests was covered. We offered a variety of beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks. Rockhound IPA, Mich Ultra, Bud Light Seltzers, Pinot Grigio, Prosecco, and Merlot were all on the alcoholic menu. Guests could also choose between Coke Zero, Dr Pepper, and bottled water. Annie picked out three signature cocktails that were perfect for the night! First, she offered a classic margarita (which we pre-batched). Margaritas are always a fan favorite. To add a little something to the menu, she also chose for us to craft a blackberry margarita. This was absolutely the favorite drink of the night. Built on site by our bartender, this margarita used tequila, Grand Marnier, and blackberries to create the most perfect drink. A third signature cocktail, a Dark and Stormy, was added for those guests who like a little spice in their drink. This cocktail was made using ginger beer (one of our favorite mixers) and dark rum.
We want to say congrats to the happy couple and say thank you again for trusting us to be a part of your big day!
