On May 7th, Toasts in Tow traveled to the Castle on Stagecoach in Little Rock, Arkansas with the mobile bar to serve at the wedding of Anna and Erik. This was our first time at the Castle, and it did not disappoint.
Venue and Setup
The Castle on Stagecoach is located in Little Rock, Arkansas and serves as “Arkansas’ only Castle Venue”. With indoor and outdoor wedding sites available, this venue can serve as a great location for just about any wedding. For Anna and Erik’s wedding, both the ceremony and reception were outside. With a large event tent used for the reception area, our mobile bar fit in perfectly. Guests were able to grab their food and drinks at one end of the tent and make their way to the tables to mingle.
Bar Menu
Anna and Erik offered a variety of drinks on their menu. For beer options, Miller Lite, Busch Lite, Bud Light, Budweiser, and Bud Ice were available. For their cocktails, the bride and groom wanted the drinks to reflect their theme. One cocktail, “Mana Potion”, was our own take on a Blue Hawaii (not to be mistaken for a Blue Hawaiian). This drink was made using pineapple rum, blue curacao, our very own simple syrup, lemon & lime juice, and pineapple juice. We garnished this drink with hand-cut pineapple slices. The “Health Potion”, a red cocktail, was a vodka spritzer made with strawberry infused vodka, cranberry juice, and simple syrup, all topped with soda water. With the mobile bar on site, our bride and groom were also able to use the self serve spigot system for their non-alcoholic beverages. This was beautiful event with great guests – congratulations to Anna & Erik!!
