We love any event where we get to let our creativity shine behind the bar. Events with Caroline Ply always bring that opportunity around! This past Saturday, we had the amazing opportunity to serve at a private lingerie themed bridal shower in Little Rock, Arkansas.
This Mimosa and Bloody Mary filled menu was very popular with the guests, and the handcrafted drinks were stunning. The Dame en Rouge or Lady in Red was a lovely Bloody Mary made with Grey Goose Vodka. Our play on this classic was rimmed with celery salt and garnished with celery sticks, and a custom skewer made with cheese, olives, tomatoes, and picked okra! The Mariee Rougissante, or Blushing Bride, was made with Mumm Napa champagne, orange juice, pineapple juice, and grenadine, and garnished with an orange peel twist. The Belle en Rose (also called a “Pretty in Pink”) was Mumm Napa champagne topped with grapefruit juice and fresh raspberries. All of the mimosas shimmered with pink edible glitter for an extra “pop” that elevated these bubbly drinks!
We were so excited and thankful to work this event alongside some great people. A big thank you to Caroline Ply (and her event lead Tiffany Singer) for including us and allowing us to be creative behind the bar.
