Who doesn’t love a birthday party with an Arkansas Mobile Bar? On Saturday July 30th, we traveled to Scott, Arkansas to serve at a party hosted by Cissy and Tom Roy. The party was initially meant to be outside with our mobile bar at the event, however, due to rain chances, we moved indoors!
The Setup
Due to the rain forecast, party planner, Kelli, was able to transform the inside of the Roy home into the perfect party spot. The garage was converted into the music lounge where live music was played by Driving Miss Crazy (a local band), and our Pop Up Bar was located in the dining area where an amazing food setup was brought to life by Two Sisters Catering (Kathy and Caitlyn were AMAZING!). Beautiful boho inspired florals (by Ashley Wheeler of the Tulle Shed could be found all around the house. Behind our bar, we had a frozen margarita machine (provided by Coco Loco Frozen Drinks).
The Menu
Tom and Cissy offered their guests a variety of beer and wine options. However, the cocktails were the star of the night. From the frozen margarita machine, we offered classic lime margaritas. Using blackberry puree from Cissy’s garden, we created blackberry-lime margaritas that were also a hit with guests. Woodford Reserve, Tom’s favorite, was also on the menu. Guests enjoyed this on the rocks, neat, or topped with coke. The last cocktail was an Empress Gin Fizz made with Empress Gin, St Germain Elderflower liquer, club soda, and lemon. The flavors of the lemon and elderflower mixed perfectly to create a refreshing cocktail.
We want to thank Kelli Centofante for inviting us out to be a part of this amazing party! The home was beautiful, and the party was a blast.
