On Friday July 22nd, Toasts in Tow had the chance to travel to Little Rock, Arkansas for the wedding celebration of Digan and Mohini. The love and support for this sweet couple was evident in the number of friends and family that showed up to celebrate with them.
Venue and Setup
The reception was held at the Gujarati Samaj of Arkansas. The reception area was perfect for the large guest list, and the decor was absolutely stunning with all of the beautiful colors. The reception area was also outfitted with a lifted bar that we served from.
Menu
Digan and Mohini wanted to provide their guests with a variety of options for the evening. They decided on a cocktail theme of “Marry Me” offering a Marry Me Margarita, Marry Me Mule, and Marry Me Mocktail. The Marry Me Margarita was a watermelon cocktail made using a watermelon juice base. The Marry Me Mule was a classic Moscow mule. For the Marry Me Mocktail, we adapted a cocktail that we served at a previous event – the Lovebug. Made with white cranberry-strawberry juice, grenadine, and sprite, this mocktail is perfect for sober guests, designated drivers, expecting parents, or even kids! Michelob Ultra and Topo Chico seltzers were also available for guests.
We are so happy we had the opportunity to be a part of Digan and Mohini’s celebration! This was our first time attending/serving at a traditional Indian wedding, and we are so thankful that we were able to witness the beautiful tradition of their culture. Thank you for having us!!
