On Sunday June 5th, 2022, Toasts in Tow staff traveled with the Toasts in Tow Mobile Bar to Morrilton, Arkansas to serve at the wedding of the Geraccis. We first met Danielle and Jessi at the Arkansas Bridal Show in January, and since then, we have enjoyed every moment planning with them. From cocktails to a special drink for the amazing Dax, this wedding was a blast.
The Bar Setup and Decor
Both the wedding and reception were held outside on family land in Morrilton. This made for the perfect mobile bar setup. A tent with beautiful tables (from Events Rental and Floral) was used for the reception. We placed the mobile bar at one end of the tent for easy access for guests. Danielle and Jessi also wanted to have our white drink wall filled with their signature cocktails! The drink wall allowed for guests to quickly grab their first cocktail before the brides’ entrance and speeches. For the decor, we were able to match the color palette and aesthetic (thanks to great pictures provided by Danielle). With bright colors and disco balls on board, the table settings and bar matched perfectly. We were also able to meet Petal to the Metal owner and florist, Hannah Anderson. Her work was AMAZING!
The Menu
This bar menu was so fun! We met with Danielle and Jessi earlier this year to set the menu, and from that meeting, I knew that these cocktails (and Dax’s special drink) would be a hit. Both brides were vodka fans, so we set out to create two cocktails using vodka. The first, Danielle’s Rita, was a vodka-rita made using peach-puree (no artificial flavors over here). For Jessi’s Lovebug, we layered grenadine, a white cranberry juice, vodka, and sprite. This cocktail was a hit among those guests who loved a sweet cocktail. Even with two amazing cocktails on the menu, the star of the show came from our self-serve spigots. When we met with Danielle and Jessi, we were able to meet Dax who requested his own special drink at the reception- a lemonade named after his favorite super hero. From that, Dax’s Iron Man was born, and this red lemonade was the HIT of the reception. For Dax’s drink, we rimmed the glass in yellow sugar (to represent the yellow-gold on Iron Man’s suit) and garnished the red drink with a yellow and red gummy worm.
Food for the reception was made by The Rock Brick Oven Pizza (a Little Rock Food Truck) and Dring Creative took the amazing photos (some of which we have included). We want to thank the beautiful brides for including us in their big day, and say congrats! We are so happy for the both of you!
