We absolutely love attending corporate events and parties! This past weekend, we attended the Supreme Fixture Christmas Party where we served guests from all over the state of Arkansas and even a few from out of state. Supreme Fixture is a full-service commercial food contractor with branches in Little Rock, Dallas, and San Angelo. We would like to thank Heather and Tim at Supreme Fixtures for trusting us with the bartending for their event.

Venue and Setup
The event was held at The Enclave in Benton. The Enclave Gallery is an event gallery located next to White’s Furniture in downtown Benton. This venue was perfect for the event and for our mobile bar. We were able to setup right outside of the front entrance so that guests were able to come out, grab their drink, and head back to the party. With it being a Christmas event, we kept the Christmas decorations out and went with a gold theme to match the Enclave decor.

This menu was one of our favorites so far. We offered 3 beer choices (Michelob Ultra, Bud Light, and Miller Light) and 4 wine options (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Grigio, and Chardonnay). For the cocktails, we worked closely with Supreme Fixture and decided to serve a Tom Collins and our very own creation, the Christmas Cocktail. With these two cocktails in mind, we had Absolut Pear Vodka, Hendrick’s Gin, and St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur on hand. Both the Tom Collins (a classic drink made with gin, lemon juice, and club soda) and the Christmas Cocktail (Spiced Cranberry Sprite, pear vodka, elderflower liqueur, and a hint of orange juice) were crowd favorites.
